With over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Julie Childre brings a deep well of knowledge, dedication, and heart to every client interaction. She spent 18 of those years helping families throughout the Bay Area achieve their homeownership goals, and most recently worked remotely from Maine, where she continued to build lasting relationships with clients across the country.
In 2020, Julie achieved a major career milestone—closing an impressive 530 loans and earning a coveted spot in the President’s Club. In 2023, as the market shifted, she embraced a new challenge and pursued a long-time interest by becoming a certified phlebotomist. But in 2025, the opportunity to rejoin the mortgage world with LaSalle Mortgage brought her back to the industry she loves most.
Julie is thrilled to be part of the LaSalle team and is passionate about guiding mortgage advisors and clients through the mortgage process with clarity, warmth, and expert insight.
When she’s not helping clients secure the keys to their new home, you’ll find Julie kayaking, hiking, or spending cherished time with her granddaughter.
